- Develop design specifications from high level requirements - Code RTL Logic design (VHDL/Verilog/..) - Develop the verification environment, simulate and verify the design (NCSIM/Modelsim/SystemVerilog) - Synthesize design for FPGA / ASIC - Test and validate the design on FPGA platform
Qualifications:
Education Requirements - Master's Electrical Engineering and 5 to 7 years of applicable experience
Skills/Experience - Design and development of complex IP for digital ICs, - Strong working knowledge of signal processing end error correction techniques. - Proven design experience in FPGA or IC RTL development with Verilog or VHDL, perl/shell scripting, high speed synthesis. - Block and System level verification - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Additional Skills: Additional knowledge/experience in the following areas are pluses - Development of IP for products with flash memory - Working knowledge of Matlab/C++ on modeling and simulation of signal processing and error correction code - Lab measurement instrument
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and emails in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to internal customers and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
