 Job Title:  Technical Marketing Manager Ă¢Â€Â“ PCIe product line
 Job Description:  Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies for assigned projects and product line. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Must be technically oriented with experience in HBAs, HDDs or storage applications or data center operations a benefit.

 Qualifications:  Responsibilities:
- Develop market strategies for launching the product program to customers
- Create and enhance product presentation materials
- Own product definition with MRD phase and continue through life of product
- Research the markets for the product, develop business strategies to win these markets
- Competitive analysis: Identify and develop competitor lists and keep up to date
- Create competitive collateral such as cheat sheets, beat sheets, data sheets and white papers
- Present product information to develop market interest and a core customer base
- Participate with sales in regular customer meetings on schedule and delivery of product
- Identify key features and work with development engineering to be sure the features meet customer requirements
Relationships and Roles:
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company values.
- Proactively establish and keep effective working relationships with all teams and departments.
- Responsible for the marketing of SSD product lines to OEM customers.
- Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge of PCIe interface, HBA's and storage systems.
- Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

EDUCATION:
- 4-6 years of experience in the PCIe, HBA, storage industries.
- Experience with enterprise storage solutions and large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and emails in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to internal customers and other employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
