STEC will provide a matching contribution of 100% of each dollar you contribute up to the first 4% of your pay, and 50% of the next 2% of your pay. There is no delayed vesting schedule with the matching contributions — you immediately own 100% of the matching contributions made by STEC. |

New hire to 5 years: 3.34 hours per semi-monthly pay period, equivalent to 10 days.
After 5 years to 10 years: 5.0 hours per semi-monthly pay period, equivalent to 15 days.
After 10 years: 6.67 hours per semi-monthly pay period, equivalent to 20 days. |
