STEC
matches 50% of the first 10% of employee's salary
contribution per pay period up to a maximum yearly
contribution established by the IRS. Matching
will become effective after 6-months of continuous
employment. Stepped vesting schedule over
a 6-year period for company contributions.

TIME |
Upon
date of hire |
New hire to 5 years = 3.34 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 10 days.
After 5 years to 10 years = 5.0 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 15 days.
After 10 years = 6.66 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 20 days.

as a floating holiday or for the purpose of personal
