STEC provides basic life coverage to all eligible full-time employees in the amount of 3 times your annual base salary up to a maximum benefit of $250,000 at no cost to the employee.
In additional to basic life, STEC provides AD&D coverage to all eligible full-time employees in the amount of 3 times your annual base salary up to a maximum benefit of $250,000, at no cost to the employee.
Supplemental Life and AD&D - You may purchase additional amounts of supplemental group term life and AD&D insurance for you and your family members.

contribution per pay period up to a maximum yearly
contribution established by the IRS. Matching
will become effective after 6-months of continuous
employment. Stepped vesting schedule over

New hire to 5 years = 3.34 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 10 days.
After 5 years to 10 years = 5.0 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 15 days.
After 10 years = 6.67 hours per semi-monthly
pay period, equivalent to 20 days.
